Using CLIX

CLIX connects customers with verified photographers and studios. Customers should provide accurate event details and studios should keep profile, package, and availability information current.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are paid through CLIX in staged payments. Payment schedules, due dates, taxes, and totals are shown before payment.

Studio responsibilities

Studios are responsible for delivering the package they publish or accept, arriving as committed, and communicating through CLIX for confirmed bookings.

Cancellations and support

If a booking issue occurs, CLIX may help coordinate resolution, refunds, replacement options, or support actions based on the booking status.
